Forever and Always

My eyes are wet. My arms full. My heart exploding.

The days of a young mother have made these days of a middle mother.

So much joy and love and laughter.

The younger days were tiring, so full and crazy hard, they are less tiring now, but more about movement, here there here.

My Bigs are always moving, but sometimes they come home to me, I try to spoil them, and sometimes they tell me to relax! "Put your feet up."

All OUR days, all OUR giving is worth it.

Mommas in the young; squeeze and squish it, All.

Ring out your love. Dripping wet.

It comes flooding back, I promise.

I sometimes joke about wanting to have another baby, but I just want to keep this going on forever.

My biggest 26 my littlest will soon be 5.

It feels like that time again; Time for new birth.

I miss that scent, the newness, the innocence that makes life so pure.

I will be patient as I look forward to the next stage; a different birth, not from me, but a grand one.

One of grand-mother some-day-some-day-someday.

For now, I'll treasure the middle-mom.

from me to you w love,

M
